睡前不喝水習慣的人....要注意！

睡前、洗澡時候，水分流失量大，

已經養成睡前不吃東西不喝水習慣的人，

容易造成血液中水分不足，而引起腦梗塞或心肌梗塞的危險。

人在睡眠中仍會消耗一至兩杯左右的水分，
從晚餐後到第二天早上起床前，如果都不補充水分，
第二天早上起床或快天亮的時侯，最容易發生血栓，
使血管堵住，引發心臟病及腦部疾病。

國人在習慣上喜歡睡前沐浴，洗個乾乾淨淨的澡再上床，
但洗澡的時候最容易流失水份，

所以醫生建議，洗澡後最好要馬上補充水分，

如果有泡澡習慣的人，則應該在洗澡前先喝一大杯水，

以免在浴室停留太久，流失過多的水分，

輕者也會發生呼吸困難、休克的現象。

夏天開冷氣睡覺能睡得好一點，
不過冷氣有防溼乾燥的作用，更是會流失水分，

因此有開冷氣睡覺習慣的人更應該睡前喝水，
但是不要喝茶，因為醫生說，茶有利尿作用，
反而會排出比喝下去更多的水分，造成反效果，
就算不會有咖啡因提神作用的人，也不適合在睡前喝茶。

1 year liao

have not been wearing this watch for 1 year liao cos din bring it to aussie. only wear a few times after i came back. bought this watch 2 years ago when i was still in army. just a normal o.d.m watch, first batch one. then recently i wanna try and adjust back the watch time cos the time was being reset by accident. then i tried to push the button and everything was like blank and then i realised that no more batt liao. so i went to yishun and brought along the watch hoping i can replace the batt. went to timex and they said they dun change this kind of batt. but when i was asking, i realised the person serving me was winnie but i din call her name cos i really cant confirm if is her or not. i later called jerlyn and asked where winnie works. jerlyn said timex, then i realised that is really winnie. the reason i cant confirm is because winnie's face is very pretty now, now like last time. jerlyn was saying i very bad but i am just telling the truth. recently i also realised that some of my friends' face all become quite nice liao... so envy.

was with wee yesterday when going home cos we both lived in sembawang. then i showed him my pink ic in mrt and then he told me that is 1 year liao. then i remembered that i am a singaporean for 1 year liao. haha... should i celebrate??? hm... really quite interesting cos when i was a taiwanese, i came to singapore to study and after i became a singaporean, i was not in singapore but in australia. so i am always a foreigner. was watching 我猜我猜我猜猜 and was showing those people who are 混血 one. so i suddenly wonder if i considered 混血 or not cos i am taiwan and singapore mix mah...

primary school gatehring

wow... primary school gathering today. got lee ling, kaili, weimin, ah wee, ah seng, kel and me lor. really long time no go out liao and today some of the gals came also. was glad to see lee ling cos really long time no see her. met at 7pm but as usual, most of the people came late but managed to gather everyone before 7.30pm. then was wanting to eat the new york new york at citylink but got too many people liao so went to eat japanese food. was really interesting cos we still can talk and laugh together tho we din meet for quite some time liao. but i realised that lee ling cant seem to join in the conversation. was actually quite sad for her cos she like quite quiet and always sit there lor. think she must be thinking we are crazy people.

then after the japanese food, we still decide to go other place to eat cos some of the people are still not full yet. so went to thai express and got a pic of weimin with her food. her hair really quite nice and had been looking and playing with her hair. haha... at the thai express, we still talk and luff like no one's business. by the way, lee ling left liao... not sure why... but we talked until the shop closed then we go home lor.

will be meeting again at seng's house for another gathering on the 19th. should be the usual gathering style, stay at his house overnight lor... wow... looking forward sia...

星期五

met up with hui min for lunch and realised that she din really change in her appearance. just that she learnt some bad things. she is still the same, especially the bad temper.

then went to nyp for the open house. when i first got there, really a lot of people and so i went to my block to see my fren. then gloria aka 小朋友 bring her group of students to my block to see see but dunno what did they see cos is like go there for only a short period of time and leave liao quite stupid. then i got the chance to meet up with kai yun and just talk to her for a while.

when i go home, i called 小朋友 and she said she was leaving as well and so we met up to go mrt together. as usual, she will tell me what had happened to her and so she was telling me that in her group, got one guy wanna to have 姐弟恋 with her as the guy was constantly asking for her contact number, whether she got boy friend or not and other stupid questions... i was luffing all my way to mrt. seem like 小朋友 is trying to tell me that she got a lot of 魅力 can attract those young boys... haha...

then come back, i continue to read "one piece". is really quite interesting to read cos is funny. din buy the comic the last time so now download from the web to read. now book 15 liao...

goodbye, denise

today met denise in the afternoon to accompany her to do some of her shopping. met in orchard and we went to a few places, like tangs, taka and the others. she bought cosmetic, slippers and under garment. really been quite some time since i go out with her and today basically i just accompany her to walk walk around and help her carry her things lor. remember i used to teach her maths during secondary school but then after she went jc, din really talk to her liao. but we did go out to shop shop around occasionally. then yesterday i found out that she is going to australia to work and quickly i asked to if she wanna come out or not. so she asked me to go shoping with her. she will be leaving singapore on fri morning. hope i can still see her in australia tho we are not staying in the same state but she said if she go birsbane, she will go and find me.

today also met up with furong. went for dinner and also just walk walk around. we got to know each other cos we share the same bday. we chatted for quite some time and was really glad to talk to her.

tmr will be going to meet hui min for lunch at orchard. hope i can wake up or else i surely ganna scolding from her one.

primary school

today went back to primary school. was really interesting cos after i graduated from there, i have never stepped into the school liao. was really "natsukashii..." was glad to see some of the teachers that taught me, like miss tan, miss su and mr yeo. met up with the new principal all because of kaili, still thot can just go and see see and walk around one. however it was really good. was glad to meet kaili also cos long time never talk to her, realised that she is really very slim now and is really getting more and more pretty. had taken a photo with her, hope to get the picture so that can display in my blog as well. really miss the old time...

friday night

today went to have dinner with tze wei. met het at suntec. was glad that she was not too late cos i waited for 1+ hr the last time. so this time i asked her not to be so late. we went to look for glasses cos her glasses is really old. so we went to look for a suitable frame for her. is so funny cos she cant see when she took off her glasses, is as if she is blind. so everytime i had to take a picture of her with the glasses then showed her. in the end she found something that suit her. after that we went to have our dinner. had some time to chat with her cos we really din talk for a very long time.

then on my way back home, at the mrt station, i saw a girl who looks very familiar. so i go closer to her and then i realised that she is my secondary school classmate. she din really changed just that she did put on some make up. is really quite surprised to see her on the mrt cos after secondary school, we din even contact each other. in fact i din really know her and really seldom talk to her. know her cos she is one of my fren's fren. got her number down and her msn. hope if got time maybe can meet up with the old frens again.

folding finally done

yup... is 4.30am now and i just finished folding 150 prog sheet and cut 160 sheets of paper. still have to wait until the calender and the plastic cover. should be getting them in the morning or afternoon. after that i will have to pack them into the envelope. only got 100 envelope and so the rest of the 50 prog sheet will be for distributing on the actual day. super tired now, should be able to sleep but dunno what time i can wake up sia...

shooping for things...

today after a lot of hard work on the program sheet, went out to meet gloria and went to orchard. i was wanting to look for photo frames. need those that look like a box, not sure if is custom made one or maybe is designer photo frame. anyway i can only visualise in my mind. only saw that in ps, not sure if the shop is called prince or not. think i should be going down tmr to ask. today also got look for 便当盒 cos i wanna something for me to put my lunch during my semester. got found one at $48 and think is quite ok. din buy today got was carrying a lot of things so should be getting it tmr.

printed the program sheet as well. was supposed to print 150 copies and i thot just to print some extra just in case i make mistake in the folding. however, i was only able to print 6 extra cos the printer ran out of ink so i have no choice.

since everything is all done so the next thing is to put everything together into a package. the program sheet still have to cut the guiding line then fold. dunno how long it will take but i guess since i cant sleep until 5 everyday so i think is a good time for me do everything throughout the night. tmr still have to go and take the calender and then will still need to buy the plastic cover for the calender. hope tmr i wun feel too tired and hope my eye lid will stop "jumping".

was initially quite angry cos still thot that i will get help from other people to help me with the program sheet but then everyone is telling me not free or whatever reason. was really feeling very upset by a lot of people cos i really feel that the people are not providing the help. really feel that there is no one showing some initiative. not sure is because i am used to the oversea culture where people are so helpful but i really cant see that in sg.

anyway... should not write anymore and get on with the work... now a bit hungry maybe should eat some mee then start working.

dunno to use what title

today's lunch... has been some time since i last posted images of food on my blog but decided to put one cos i am really too bored. just simple fried rice.

just now received a msn msg from yang ru saying that my logo is nice. was quite happy cos at least got people in my line like my work. haven continue to do up my website cos today i just relax and watch shows.

really getting more and more lazy this few days...

dinner with von jie

hm... the last time i called von jie was just b4 i left sg last year in the airport. then when come back, i had called her for a couple of times but she din pick up. so finally she called me back and we arranged to meet up for dinner.

so today we went out to eat and again she foot the bill. was feeling paiseh cos the last time she also dun let me pay. was glad to be able to meet up with her cos we seldom meet up and somemore i dun know her well. she is tze wei's jc fren and i know her cos of tze wei. think i only went out with her for a few times and think got go blading together with her. but is like so so long ago. von jie also tell me that her brother going to aussie to study and so on lor. good to have the time to meet up and talk. might be going out again together with tze wei but not decided yet.

today also saw samantha at raffles city. was quite weird cos i seldom see those people that i know when i go out. is very rare...

anyway hope today can sleep well cos have not been sleeping well because of some planning and hope today can relax and sleep...

hm... have been working on my port folio website but is actually somewhere where i dump my illustrator works. mostly will be done by the pen-tool. now still trying to collect all the info, like about me, resume, profile and etc. really dunno how to write cos i not those of people that i can write or come out something to intro or to sell myself. so now have to spend some time to look up on how people write and promote about themselves and then will take reference. the works are still ok as i can do the touch up later. hope to get all the info in first and make the website look professional and must be of my style. work hard bah...

edel 人真好

just recently, was actually quite angry that some people are just so unhelpful. i feel that i was being showed by some bad attitude. then today was actually asking to edel whether she knows any shop that i can do photo frame. she said there is one in toa payoh and so i asked if she knows where is it. she din know the place but she did offer to sms her fren and asked. then after some time she sms me back and i was really touched cos i thot she must have forgotten. wanna write this down not only to say thank you to edel but also to show someone that there is someone who is willing to "go for the extra miles for service". not everyone is so unhelpful and will find reason for not showing effort to help.

tze wei's house

is really been some time since i last went to tze wei's house. really quite natsukashii... always treated her as a good fren as well as big sister. she was exceptionally good to me when i first know her. knew her when i was 21 as we were involved in the designing the "richest family in town".

her house now is so much more beautiful as she got a new wardobe and really very well organised. is so different from the last time. the lighting system is also better now. just take some pictures for memory. really has been quite some time since i talked to my dear dear tze wei, mei yin jie jie and their father but din see their mummy during the last visit. was glad to have talk to tze wei for a short while. really hope she can enjoy her work as she has become a work addict now but i am not sure if she is really working or got involved in other things or not. meiyin can still joke to me and i am really glad and thankful to her as she has always been nice to me. er... din really talk to their dad much but just talk to him about my studies in australia cos he also know i went there.

really think that time flies very fast. can still remember how i first met tze wei for the designing. and now we are all involved in our own thing. thank them for opening their house and we really have a great time there.

cant sleep

is 3+ in the morning liao but still cant get to sleep so decided to write something. ideas were running in my head for the past few hours. is about my portfolio website that i am intending to build. dunno why i just want to build a website to showcase my illustrator works that i had done. really cant sleep cos i was being disturbed by my thots and causing me to have slight headache. have some concept in my mind but jus dun feel like working it now. the website will include some of my short intro, info on what are my skill areas, contacts and my illustrator works. think shall start to work on the conceptual ideas in illustrator over the weekend. still need to go tanjong pagar in the morning and then have to meet deborah to send her ibook to service. hope i can sleep as soon as possible... feeling very tired but just cant sleep...

devil z - s30

this is the devil z that is featured in wangan midnight. done in illustrator, purely by the pen tool. spend about a few hours, think about 5 hours to path the car. currently is still quite rough and is yet to complete.

wangan midnight (湾岸ミッドナイト)

recently have been searching for this old set of comic, wangan midnight. it is like initial d, a comic on racing. initial d focus on racing in touge, which is mountain road, whereas wangan midnight is abr racing on the wangan highway. quite like the way it started, tho is quite lame but i do feel is quite interesting. it uses a car much older than the ae86 which takumi drives in initial d. the car is being known as the devil z, which is a nissan build, fairlady z, and the car was being found by the main character in the junk yard. the car was known as a devil as it chooses its driver and had caused the previous 3 drivers' death.

was interested to find the comic as was quite attracted by the maximum tune arcade game. think the game was pretty well done as i really enjoyed watching how people played either against computer or against human players. however i really dunno the storyline as the comic is only availabe in japanese and currently i cant even find any extra information on the story. went to kino on tuesday with tze wei and found the whole set of comic, was really happy cos is the first time i saw the physical comics. however is too expensive as is selling for 505yen but is 10-12 sg dollars per book which is double the price. was quite discourage as i was really interested in finding out more abt the story. hope there will be chinese version as i dun really understand japanese and i hope to understand the full story of it.

if anyone has info on wangan midnight, pls tell me abt it.
